Install, configure, and manage EMC NetWorker backup and recovery solutions.Monitor backup performance and troubleshoot failures to ensure data protection.Perform regular backup and restore operations, including disaster recovery testing.Maintain and optimize backup policies, retention strategies, and deduplication techniques.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper backup of databases, applications, and virtual machines.Implement security best practices to protect backup data from ransomware and unauthorized access.Generate reports on backup success rates, failures, and storage utilization.Work with vendors and support teams to resolve backup-related issues.Document backup processes, configurations, and procedures.Stay updated with the latest NetWorker features, patches, and industry best practices.
